Halle Berry’s ex- boyfriend Gabriel Aubry will not face charges in connection with allegations of abuse against his former nanny.

According to E!News the staffer alleged that the Canadian model verbally abused and violently pushed her while she was carrying his daughter 2 year-old Nahla.

The nanny claimed she was left “psychologically traumatized” by the incident.

It is good news for the 36 year-old who is currently locked in a custody battle with the ‘X Men’ actress.

The 45 year-old has petitioned the court for permission to move to France permanently with her daughter and fiancé Olivier Martinez.
