Ellie Goulding has taken to twitter to rubbish reports that she is dating producer Skillrex.
The ‘Starry Eyed’ singer was reportedly romancing the Grammy award winning producer after working with him in Los Angeles.
But the 25 year-old has hit back at the reports on twitter as false. The star, who announced her break up from Radio 1 DJ Greg James in January, tweeted: “Reading things about me that aren't true makes me feel a bit sad and confused.”
Clearly the rumours about her relationship, reported by the Daily Mail, have got to the singer. It was alleged that the romance started only shortly after her 18 month romance with Greg James ended which could have been why she found the reports so upsetting.
She tweeted to fans: “Where you GD's at to cheer me up? :)”
The Hereford born singer has spent most of the last year in the States recording the follow up to her debut album ‘Lights’.
A source told US Weekly earlier this week: "It's a really cool new romance and they get along perfectly."
"They're really good together. Everybody thinks it's awesome. Both of them are so talented. It's a great L.A. romance for her now that she hasn't been in London." They added.
