Adele is set to sue a French magazine after it published 'fake' sex tape photographs suggesting that they were the singer.
Public have put Adele on the front cover, with the caption: "La sex tape!" And the 'Someone Like You' singer is already filing those legal papers.
According to the Mail Online, a statement from her lawyers at Schillings read: "We are informed that the French magazine Public has today published images which it claims show our client in a sex tape. Our client has not appeared in a sex tape as claimed in the article. Our client does not appear in the photographs."

They also added: "Such claims are untrue and grossly defamatory. Our client is taking legal action in relation to this matter."
In the magazine, the report suggests that the pictures were taken of Adele on a smartphone.
The front page will come as a shock to Adele, who is probably still high off her six Grammy win last weekend.
In a recent interview with US Vogue, Adele admitted that she can't get enough sex, which she says in unusual for a girl.
