Mcfly's Tom Fletcher has suffered a dislocated shoulder after the band joined in on a Saracens training session.
The front man was caught hard by a tackle from 16 stone Saracens player Jackson Wray and paid the price.
"One of the rugby guys absolutely f***** my shoulder. Can't play guitar today! It even hurts when I tweet!?" he wrote on the social networking site.
"Physio says partial dislocation. Got some exercises to do over the next 48hrs although I'd say taking my tshirt off was enough exercise!?"
Ouch! Jackson said Tom took it all in good spirits though, "The McFly boys really got stuck in and we were really impressed. They took quite a few big hits and didn't complain once. I hope Tom gets better soon."
Tom has since said he's feeling better though, this morning (February 17) tweeting,
"Shoulder feels much better today."
The band have made a return to the spotlight recently following reality TV show appearances on Strictly Come Dancing for Harry Judd, a stint on I'm A Celeb for Dougie Poynter and Danny Jones' regular role on Popstar To Operastar.
The shoulder injury comes at a bad time for Tom, with the band set to embark on a tour at the beginning of March. Let's hope he fully recovers in time.
