Dancing On Ice star Sam Nixon has reportedly demanded that TV bosses supply him reinforced pants, because skating partner Alexandra Schauman's blades have to be placed in a very ‘delicate’ place for a dangerous lift on this weekend’s show.
TV presenter Sam has already had his trousers ripped, after skating professionals have warned him that any slip doing the difficult frog lift could leave him injured and unable to have kids.
A nervous Sam half-jokingly said to The Sun: "It's terrifying. We don't want 'little Sam' getting injured."
This weekend Sam is looking to wow the Dancing On Ice judges as he has been towards the bottom of the leaderboard for several weeks now, so he really needs to pull it out of the bag if he has any chance of staying in the competition.
