Rebecca Ferguson has promised that her first ever headline tour will be a "really fun" experience for her fans.
The X Factor runner-up is reaping the benefits of hitting the road before she's even set off, as Music Week reports that sales of her debut album Heaven are back up a mammoth 224% week-on-week.
Speaking to The Star about the shows, she said: "Normally on the road you’d stay in hotels with the band and the crew but I’m not. I’m driving back most days to be with the children. And then I’ll be driving up to the venues.
"It’s gonna be challenging but I’m going to make sure it works. I’ve been really vocal how my diary is set to make sure there’s time with my children. And they’ll get to come to a few shows."
She promised: "The show is just going to be really fun and I’m going to explain to fans about the songs – more in depth what they’re about."
Heaven was at No. 8 in yesterday's midweek chart update. Emeli Sande's Our Version Of Events is on course for No. 1.
