Beyonce has been at the top of the music world for over a decade but sources have revealed that the new mother is taking a break to be a 'full time mum' to baby Blue Ivy.
Uusally celebs have help from an army of nannies but not the 'Bootylicious' star, as she wants to do all the hard work herself. The singer has been with her first child night and day since she was born on January 7th living between her and Jay-Z’s two New York homes.
A source told US Weekly: “She has been totally doting on Blue. She's up whenever the baby's up!"
Despite working throughout her pregnancy the ‘Love On Top’ singer has no plans to hurry back to the studio as "she's enjoying this time off”.
The self-confessed workaholic is said to be enjoying to change of pace - who knows when she will be back again?
Keeping with her new laid-back attitude the star was a no show at Sunday night’s Grammy Awards - the biggest night in the music world. Instead she enjoyed a low key date with husband Jay-Z at a pizzeria in New York.
