OMG! We've been trying to think of the perfect way to celebrate Kate Middleton and Prince William's one year anniversary and we think we may have just found it...
Did someone say Barbie?
Mattel Inc, the U.S. maker of Barbie dolls, have announced that they will release a special two-doll set this April to mark the special anniversary.
The figures will look cute but ultra-realistic, dressed in teeny-tiny versions of the outfits the pair wore to Westminster Abbey on their big day.
William will appear in a red Irish Guards outfit with a bright blue sash, whilst Kate scores a mini version of her Alexander McQueen white dress and veil she wore, as well as a dinky tiara. Sure, ti won't be quite as glitzy as the diamond-studded original she borrowed from Queen Elizabeth II, but it's still a pretty good case of excellent attention to detail.
Both dolls can be snapped up for the bargain pricetag of $100 and Mattel is taking pre-orders at www.barbiecollector.com. We're almost definite that stocks are going to run out fast.
Everyone loves a Barbie, after all. And if there's anything we love more than a Barbie, it's a bloody brilliant wedding...
