If you were a fan of the TV show 'Steps Reunion' than you're in luck; a second series is on the way to Sky Living...
The 90s pop icons scored big with their Reunion series on Sky Living. The bandmembers - Claire Richards, Faye Tozer, H, Lee Latchford-Evans and Lisa Scott-Lee - reunited for the first time in a decade last year and allowed themselves to be documented as they attempted to get along. Cue awesome bitch fights, fab feuds, ridiculously OTT fall-outs and, of course, the reconciliation process.
No wonder it was a hit!
The band piggy-backed off the show's success, announcing a UK arena tour and hitting the No.1 spot in the album charts with their Ultimate Collection. So it makes perfect sense that the group are keen to allow the cameras back into their lives for a second time.
The show will hit our screens in the spring and focuses on the band at dance and vocal classes, costume fittings and, of course, dealing with the pressures of touring the country as a band again. We expect hatred. lots and lots of hatred. As well as some fun 90s tunes.
The director of Sky Living director explained how this series will be even better than the last:
"We were all hooked on Steps Reunion as we watched the band talk candidly about one of the biggest pop fall-outs in recent history... The twists and turns as they balance intense rehearsals with their busy family lives promise to be equally compelling. The most exciting pop comeback of the decade!"
We'll wait and see how true THAT is...
