Whitney Houston told friends she had a feeling the end was near for her in the days leading up to her death.
Whitney can't possibly have predicted her own death, but sources have reported that the star was positive that she hadn't long left to live. She had, in the last few days of her life, begun to repeatedly inform friends that she "felt like her time was coming" and, as a result, turned to religion to help her come to terms with this fact.
TMZ explained how Whitney had found religion very comforting during her last days alive:
"[She spent her time] quoting the bible, singing hymns and engaging in intense conversations about Jesus Christ and the afterlife with her close friends and family members."
A source also came forward to explain that, just hours before she died, Whitney was involved in an intense bible discussion, focusing on the passage involving Jesus and John the Baptist. Houston apparently took a great deal of comfort from the conversation.
She took a moment out to mention that she wanted to see Jesus:
"You know, he's so cool ... I really want to see that Jesus."
Whitney Houston was found dead in her hotel room on Saturday. The toxicology reports have yet to come in, meaning that all theories on hos she died are, at the moment, speculation.
