With The Voice US doing well in the ratings and The Voice UK about to begin on British TV, Keith Urban has joined the panel of The Voice Australia which will soon be debuting on prime-time Australian TV.
The country singer will be a celebrity ‘coach’ alongside Delta Goodrem, Joel Madden and newly separated singer Seal.
The filming of the show’s first blind auditions is due to begin on Monday, and show bosses are hoping that the show will go head to head with other talent shows such as Australia’s Got Talent.
The Voice will be filming for the next five months, and so Keith and his family have relocated from LA to their native Australia, where superstar wife Nicole Kidman looked ecstatic to be back with their two daughters Sunday and Faith.
Speaking to the Australian Daily Telegraph, Keith said: “It will be good for all of us.”
A blonder, relaxed-looking Kidman was photographed smiling and holding her youngest daughter Faith, as Keith held 3-year-old Sunday Rose’s hand while they walked to their waiting car.
