Rihanna's body not only keeps men dreaming but is often the inspiration for women all over the world to get their butts in shape, but now it's been revealed that she only works out for 25 minutes each time.
Does that mean 25 minutes three times a day - oh no, 25 minutes three times a week!

Rihanna's personal trainer, Harley Pasternak, has revealed that the 'You Da One' singer works out for 25 minutes a few times a week, where she will put herself with skipping, stationary jogging, jumping jacks and cycling as part of her cardio regime.
But if RiRi's on location The Revolution's Pasternak says the 23-year-old will up her work out time to five times a week and increase the cardio to up to 30 minutes a day.
"She's got such a beautiful body naturally. With someone like her, it's about the fine tuning," Harley told People.
While RiRi was spotted catching a McDonalds in London while on tour, she's usually on a high-protein diet that has lots of bean-based food, chomping on five small meals a day.
For some reason 25 minutes doesn't seem like enough!
