Chris Brown has deleted a series of posts on Twitter that lashed out at those who have criticised his Grammy win this past weekend.
As well as performing at the Grammys on Sunday (Feb 12), Brown also picked up the prize for Best R&B Album. This caused many fans and celebrities to criticise those who have rewarded a man convicted of assault against his then girlfriend Rihanna just three years ago.
Brown feeds off what he calls 'haters' though and his Twitter page erupted last night (Feb 14) with a series of replies to those criticising him.
"HATE ALL U WANT BECUZ I GOT A GRAMMY Now! That's the ultimate F*** OFF" he Tweeted.
This message followed three more, which read: 'Strange how we pick and choose who to hate! Let me ask u this. Our society is full of rappers (which I listen to) who have sold drugs (poisoning).
'But yet we glorify them and imitate everything they do.
And: 'Then right before the worlds eyes a man shows how he can make a Big mistake and learn from it, but still has to deal with day to day hatred! You guys love to hate!!! But guess what???'
However, all of these Tweets have now been deleted with a rep for Brown claiming that his assistant made the posts and that Brown insisted they were removed as soon as he saw them.
Rihanna and Chris Brown party at same club!
