Model David Gandy Says The Saturdays Mollie King Was Not 'The One'

Hot model David Gandy knows how to twist the knife doesn't he? After splitting up with The Saturdays star Mollie King, he also added that she was never "the one" for him.

After 10 months together, David is now a single man and with his ex in the Los Angeles, he was at the Elle Style Awards and was quick to play down their romance.

"I never said she was “the one”,’ he said after ten months with the blonde came to an end at the weekend. It’s very difficult to say that someone’s going to be the one," he said. "We’ve gone our separate ways and done that for a reason, it’s hard to keep entwined in each other’s lives."

But after 10 months did he get close enough to Rochelle and Marvin Humes to get an invite to the wedding?

He said: "No, I won't be invited." (Awkward!) David reckons that things are still "a bit painful" after his split from Mollie, but he puts their split on their hectic schedules.

"It’s a lot about timing relationships and it wasn’t quite right," the 31-year-old told the Metro. So despite slamming their relationship, the Dolce & Gabbana model isn't ruling out a reunion.

"You never know in the future," he said. We think Mollie might feel otherwise.
