It's been a rollercoaster year for Hugh Hefner, not only was he practically jilted at the alter, but he managed to land a nude spread by Lindsay Lohan for Playboy magazine but now, his son has been charged with a violent attack on one of his Playmates.

Marston was arrested this week for domestic violence agaisnt Claire Sinclair, who has now been granted a restraining order against him. Sinclair was given a three-day order from the Pasadena Police Department to keep her boyfriend away, reports TMZ.

It's reported that Marston beat her up during an argument this weekend, and now he has to move out his belongings from their home. Claire said that following the violent attack, she called his father Hugh, who was sorry for the incident and said that he was "disappointed by the situation".

The couple had been dating on-and-off since August 2010, and he's denied hitting her and has been released on $20,000 bail.
