After injuring herself during her performance on Dancing On Ice over the weekend, reports have revealed Jennifer Ellison was left feeling sick and concussed after coming off the ice.
Having hurt herself whilst doing the Scorpion Kick, the Metro reports a source saying that the star felt worse after coming off the ice.
They said: "The cut was really nasty, her head was covered in blood, but the medical guys did a great job closing it.
"Sadly for Jennifer she was concussed due to the weight of the skate hitting her head. After the show she usually hangs out with the other contestants in the bar to talk about their performances, but on Sunday she felt really sick and a bit dizzy."
The source added: "Jen had lots of friends at the show as well and although she tried her best to see everyone she just didn't feel right. At one point she had to rush to the toilet to be sick and then she left."
The former Brookside actress, later took to the show's official site to reassure fans that she was feeling better.
