Victoria Beckham often leaves us with our mouths open as we try to fathom how she balances her fashion career and four children as well as her marriage to none other than David Beckham, and she recently admitted that she got so sick from the pressure at Christmas.
The former Spice Girl is now a mother of four, after giving birth to Harper Seven in July and it wasn't long before the 37-year-old was back to work for her new fashion line and back in shape.
Now, Victoria has admitted that at the end of the year it all caught up with her - and she started to really "feel the pressure".
"I got to the point just before Christmas when for the first time ever, I wasn't actually sure if I could cope," she recalled. "I was working in London and the day I finished work, I went to bed and woke up at 4 o'clock in the morning with a chest and throat infection."
Victoria, who has Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, Cruz, 6, and baby Harper told The People: "I very rarely get sick. I guess I was really feeling the pressure."
David was spotted in New York for a flying visit as he attended Victoria's fashion show this weekend.
