Former X Factor finalist Cher Lloyd has hit out at the show for banning her from spilling the beans about the show.
The star, who has admitted that she's glad she didn't win the reality TV talent show, revealed to The Sun that a gagging order has been placed on her which stops her talking candidly about the show.
The 'Swagger Jagger' star said: "You can never tell. Do you know what? There are so many contracts and all that, not to blab. I can't do it, I'll get sued!"
Despite the ban, Cher still managed to make a dig at veteran judge Louis Walsh, saying:
"Have a holiday for a few years! Have a break Louis, you work too hard. I don't think he likes me very much, he said that I'm a monster.
"He's the only one that's stayed - he might as well go as well and bring someone else in."
