Cheeky X Factor host Dermot O'Leary has topped the poll of the top TV valentine.

The host, who has shot down reports that he will be going over to the US to take over from Steve Jones on the X Factor USA, got 14% of the vote from women who were asked who they fancied the most from the small screen.

Following close behind Dermot was Sherlock star, Benedict Cumberbatch who got 6%, and Strictly Come Dancing and McFly star Harry Judd who got 5.4% of the votes, reports the Evening Standard.

Former TOWIE star Mark Wright and media mogul Simon Cowell also made the list, ranking sixth and seventh on the list respectively.

As for the most fancied woman on the small screen, This Morning's Holly Willoughby took the top spot with 16% of the vote, followed by Karen Gillan and Xtra Factor host, Caroline Flack.

Of the results, a spokesperson for TV company Freeveiw who carried out the poll with researchers, said:

"It's clear TV presenters provide an extra reason to tune in and watch TV and a candlelit dinner at home and watching a romantic film is the perfect Valentine's Day date - it's easier on the pocket than a trip out to the cinema or to a restaurant."

What do you think? Do you agree that Dermot is the hottest guy on the small screen?
