Paul McCartney Visits Whitney Houston LA Memorial

Paul McCartney paid his respects to Whitney Houston last night, laying flowers at the memorial site outside the LA hotel she died in.

Fans have flocked to the Beverly Hills Hilton, where Whitney was found dead on Saturday (Feb 11), to leave messages and flowers in respect of the late star. It is reported that McCartney stopped by with his wife Nancy late last night.

Sources at the scene said that Paul and Nancy left a bouquet of yellow roses and that he was not keen to speak with fans who approached him for a chat. "This is about Whitney, not me" TMZ claims he told them.

Meanwhile, Whitney's ex-husband Bobby Brown has broken his silence on her death and their daughter Bobbi Kristinna's subsequent hospitalisation.
