Caroline Flack must have some funny friends because one of them posted on twitter that she was “growing a beard”.
The Xtra Factor presenter made the embarrassing announcement to her followers who were no doubt shocked by the strange choice of hobby for the usually smooth skined presenter.
But the 32 year-old soon set the record straight and insisted that her face was free of any sprouting facial hair.
The tweet was a hilarious prank from one of the TV presenter’s friends after she left her blackberry unattended.
She tweeted: “'Must not leave blackberry unattended...or beard tweets appear.”
Caroline seemed to take the joke in good humour as she added: “i wish i had one though. i would be warmer...”
Clearly the brunette is not enjoying the latest cold snap especially now she hasn’t got anyone to cuddle up to in bed. She finally ended her controversial relationship with One Direction teen heartthrob Harry Styles earlier this month.
The curly haired cutie recently blamed the split on pressure from the public and admitted that in the end “it wasn’t worth the hassle”.
