Amanda Seyfried recreates a Linda Lovelace film poster in a new promotional image for the biopic on the porn star-turned-activist's life.
The pic has been unveiled by the New York Times in promotion of the forthcoming film Lovelace, which also stars Sarah Jessica Parker.
It appears alongside the 1972 original below:
New York Times adds that casting agents were reluctant to send the script for the film along to their clients because they were scared of them accepting the offer and ruining their careers.
Seyfried had previously said that "this film is really, I feel, the beginning of something else for me."
Parker joined the cast as a replacement for Demi Moore, who was forced to pull out due to personal troubles.
Filming has now been completed with Sarah Jessica Parker stepping in for the Moore.
