'The Artist' has yet again dominated at another awards ceremony, taking home an incredible seven awards at the 65th BAFTAs, in best film, best director and best actor, for its star Jean Dujardin.
Meryl Streep collected best actress for her role as Margaret Thatcher in 'The Iron Lady' and 'Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy' was awarded best British film.
Spy thriller 'Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy' was named outstanding British film while co-writers Peter Straughan and his late wife, Bridget O'Connor won best adapted screenplay while Octavia Spencer won best supporting actress for 'The Help', and Christopher Plummer won best supporting actor 'Beginners'.
The ceremony, was hosted by Stephen Fry, who joked that it was a pity that the academy didn't recognise him for his role in 'Sherlock Holmes: A Game Of Shadows'.
