Lauren Goodger has pleaded for help to lose weight as she struggles with her body issues.
The Only Way Is Essex star breaks down in tonight’s episode as she confides to friend Lauren Pope that she has put on weight since breaking up with ex-fiancé Mark Wright.
According to The Daily Mail she said: “I need help. I need something to help me.”
“I feel like I'm bigger now, definitely. Since I've been single, going out clubbing, I've put on weight.”
the reality tv star feels constant pressure on her looks as she fights for screen time with the surgically enhanced Essex natives.
Lauren had a nose job last year to improve her looks but it is her curvaceous figure that has proved her biggest worry.
She cried: “Some weeks I feel great. I feel good, slim, other weeks I feel really like bloated in the face and a bit uncomfortable.”
She previously revealed that on-off boyfriend Mark Wright, who has now left the show made her feel like she should be “obsessed” with being slim and felt he pressurised the 25 year-old to lose weight.
She told Heat Magazine last year: “'He tells me that we'll be a bigger couple because people like to see good-looking slim people.”
“He wants us to train together and get fit for the show. But I couldn't survive on a bowl of lettuce. We both love our food.”
Her weight isn't the only thing Lauren is unhappy with, she has also recently demanded higher wages for the cast of the hit show, now in it's fourth series.
