Cheeky David Walliams tried to play match maker for his fellow Britain’s Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon after the singer took a shine to a good looking contestant during auditions.
The comedian jokingly asked a 21 year-old hopeful if he had a girlfriend as he suspected that the leggy judge would be interested.
According to Bang Showbiz he said: “That's a shame. I'm not asking for myself, I'm asking for Alesha. Her face lit up when you walked into the room. She's single and looking for love."
Music Mogul Simon Cowell also got in on the fun when he told the hopeful: “Alesha's staying at St David's Hotel, Room 511."
With David adding: “She will be back there and waiting for you about midnight."
A clearly embarrassed Alesha angrily hit out at her fellow judges as she said: “This isn't a blind date. I'm here to judge talent, not find it for myself."
Clearly 40 year-old David thought there was time for both as he continued on the lookout for a potential romance.
The Little Britain star may be the right person to ask for dating advice after he snagged the gorgeous model Lara Stone, who by anyone’s estimation is well out of David’s league!
Newcomers to the panel, Alesha and David are enjoying there first few weeks on the talent show. Though infighting between the judges has already started in the form of a prank war.
