Chloe Grace Mortez's salary for Martin Scorsese's family film 'Hugo' has been affected by its mediocre performance at the Box Office, according to a report.
The young star's contract varies from that of her adult co-stars because of her age, according to an investigation by TMZ.
She was paid a base salary of $225,000 for her part in the movie, a number which would have increased by $25,000 had the film made between $150 and $225 million at the US box office. If it topped $250 million, she would have enjoyed a $50,000 bonus. Rotten Tomatoes lists the film as having only made $61 million.
Additionally, she would have bagged a $25,000 pay bump if she'd been nominated for a Golden Globe or an Oscar, and up to $50,000 if she won.
Still, that $225,000 doesn't look too shabby to us!
The site adds that 'Kick Ass' star Chloe has another five films already in the pipeline, so her bank account shouldn't be her biggest concern!
Chloe recently also starred in a music video by Dionne Bromfield.
