Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle has landed a guest judge slot on America's Next Top Model, it has been revealed.

The Irish songbird, who unsuccessfully launched a solo career in 2010, will appear in an upcoming episode of the long-running reality series, which will see the aspiring models come face-to-face with with contestants from Britain's Next Top Model.

A message posted on the star's official Twitter feed read: "@NadineCoyleNow will join cycle 18 of America's Next Top Model as guest judge. Airs Feb 29th in US, and will air on Sky Living later in yr."

The regular judging panel includes Tyra Banks, Kelly Cutrone and acclaimed fashion photographer Nigel Barker.

It is widely believed that Girls Aloud will reunite to mark their tenth anniversary at some point in 2012. Since taking a break in 2009, Nadine has not been seen with bandmates Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Walsh, Sarah Harding or Nicola Roberts, but Cole sent her best wishes to her on Twitter following the death of a close friend.

Nadine has constantly denied that she is at war with the other girls.
