Halle Berry is desperate to leave the US with her daughter Nahla because she fears for her life after a crazed stalker escaped from a mental institution last week threatens to kill her.
According to TMZ serious threats have been made against the star and she fears that both her and her daughter’s life will be in danger if she does not leave. Halle made a request to the courts for permission to move to France, where her fiancé Olivier Martinez is originally from, earlier this week.
A source revealed: “We've learned he has made threats against Halle's life -- specifically to "slit her throat."
He is the same stalker who made threats against Madonna’s life in 1995.
It is not the only problem with stalkers that the ‘X Men’ actress has as another stalker who trespassed on her property several times has recently been released from prison.
Nahla’s father, Gabriel Aubry is trying to block the move. A friend close to Halle has revealed that the star believes there is most chance of an attack when her daughter is with her father because he “parades her infront of the paparazzi”.
The insider revealed: “She is particularly concerned because Starmaps and some Hollywood bus tours literally take tourists to her doorstep.”
“The actress is very concerned that baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is parading Nahla in front of paparazzi almost daily and possibly putting her in harm's way.”
The pair are already locked in a bitter custody battle over the three year old and Gabriel has seen this latest request as just another way to keep him away from his daughter.
