Caroline Flack may have split up with her toyboy lover Harry Styles, but one thing that will help put a smile on her face will be her recent GLAMOUR Women of the Year Awards.

The Xtra Factor presenter is up against some stiff competition, with Jennifer Lopez getting a nod for her appearance on American Idol, Kelly Rowland on X Factor, Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton for Celebrity Juice and despite getting the boot - Nicole Scherzinger for her appearance on X Factor USA.

Cher Lloyd also receives a nomination for her debut album Sticks + Stones, along with stars including Rebecca Ferguson, Jessie J and Pixie Lott.

Downton Abbey  is sure to be a big winner, with Jessica Brown-Findlay, Joanne Froggatt, Laura Carmichael and Michelle Dockery up against each other in the UK TV Actress category.
