The cute, adorable 'Home Alone' star has well and truly gone judging by the latest picture of Macaulay Culkin, who looked particularly frail but he says he's “in perfectly good health”.
Macaulay (pictured here in 2010) was looking scarily thin in New York earlier this week, but he's slammed a report by Entertainment Tonight suggesting that he was sick.
The 32-year-old's representative told Us magazine: "Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health. For Entertainment Tonight or any other media to speculate otherwise is thoughtless, irresponsible and destructive."
A source close to the actor said of the pictures: "He is thin, so when he loses one pound it just looks like more."
While another insider claimed that Macaulay has been suffering from “emotional issues” for years.
Macaulay, who split from Mila Kunis in 2010 after eight years together, is set to star in an upcoming British military film 'Service Man', which is set for release in 2013.
