Kelly Clarkson has again denied reports that she is secretly a lesbian.
The power-lungs singer, who hit the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 spot today with 'What Doesn't Kill You (Stronger)', said she is bemused by people's concern over her love life.
Speaking to Now (LOOK AWAY CHERYL!), she said: "People are really concerned about my relationship status.
"When I tell people I'm happy being single, they don't believe me. They say, 'You have to be miserable being alone'."
Again addressing the sexuality debacle - which she's previously rebuffed in 2009 and 2010 - she said: "I'm not gay. If I was, I'd say, 'I love women!'
"That's why it drives me nuts. But I feel like even if I did say it, people would be like, 'You're just trying to do that to win the gay audience'."
Besides, let's be honest - the minute Kelly gets a happy relationship is the minute we lose her empowerment break-up pop!
