Despite rumours of an engagement being proved false last month, Halle Berry apparently IS now set to marry Olivier Martinez, and wants to move to France with him.
TMZ reports that since being spotted with a non-engagement ring last month, the model has popped the question.
The site claims to have heard from a source close to the actress that, although no dates are on the cards, it will happen at some point.
Earlier today it was reported that Halle is requesting a judge's permission to move 3-year-old Nahla to France, where the pair can build a new life with Kylie's ex Martinez.
However, baby daddy Gabriel Aubrey is vehemently objecting to the move, as he thinks his ex is just trying to keep him away from his daughter.
