Court papers released yesterday detailing the end of Katy Perry and Russell Brand's marriage have shown something else... a smiley face next to Katy's signature.
The couple, who were together for 14 months, were thought to have signed the legal document earlier this week, with Russell waiving any claim to Katy's $44 million fortune.
The British comedian will however take a share of their assets which includes the $6.5 million home in the US they once shared.
Despite papers of their divorce being released, Russell and Katy's divorce won't be made official until June 30, as there's a back log of divorces that need to be made final.
