Strictly Come Dancing bosses better take note, because former S Club 7 star Rachel Stevens has revealed that she would like to take over from Alesha Dixon on the panel when the show returns later this year.
Having competed in the 2008 series, the star told Digital Spy:
“I could definitely fill Alesha's shoes. I could give that a good go. Definitely!”
Asked if she'd had meetings with the BBC, Rachel coyly revealed that she “couldn't possibly say”, before adding: “I'd love the opportunity to do something where I could really give my opinion, my feisty side - it'd be fun!"

Kara Tointon and Holly Valance have also been linked to replacing Alesha on the Strictly Come Dancing panel.
