Simon Cowell has slammed The Voice judges, Christina Aguilera, Cee-Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton for not discovering man artists.
Speaking in an interview with Extra, the media mogul who is currently keeping us guessing over who will be replacing Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul on the X Factor USA, said that although The Voice judges have achieved musical success in their careers, they've failed to use that to find new talent.
He is quoted as saying: "I would ask how many records have (The Voice coaches) made, how many artists have they discovered. That's where we have to be different on the (X Factor USA) judging panel.
"It's very important that you have people on the panel that have actually signed and made artists successful all over the world, not just have made hit records yourself. That's why you have a judging panel."
