Joseph Gordon-Levitt has announced that he will make his directing debut with a currently untitled movie he is also writing the screenplay for.
Though little is known about the project at the moment, the film will star Gordon-Levitt alongside Scarlett Johansson.
Deadline reports that it is a "sexy comedy" about a modern-day Don Juan's quest to become less of a "selfish d**k".
A second female lead is yet to be cast, but filming begins on April 16.
Confirming the news on Twitter, the '50/50' actor said: "May I humbly present to you the biggest news of my life so far... I'm gonna direct a movie! Wrote it too. And Scarlett's in it with me."
The Hollywood A-listers were romantically linked last year after allegedly being spotted kissing. A source had told Us Weekly: "They first met about a film they wanted to do together, but it's gone beyond that now."
Well, we suppose this is the film they were on about!
