Simon Cowell Slams 'Nonsense' Beyonce $100 Million X Factor USA Job Offer Rumours

If you were hoping to see Beyonce sharing her words of wisdom on the X Factor USA, you're going to be sorely disappointed as Simon Cowell has rubbished the rumours that he offered the star $100 million to judge on the show.

Speaking for the first time about the rumours, Simon, who is back in the UK as a judge on Britain's Got Talent, said in an interview with Extra:

"No. I have no idea where this rumour came from. I read it online that I'd offered her $100 million a year. It's complete nonsense.

"The budget of the show is $100 million. No one is going to pay $100 million a year for someone. Forget it. No. It would never ever, ever, happen. It's absolute nonsense. And I genuinely haven’t had a conversation with her about it. I swear to God. No. "

The media mogul also revealed that he didn't want to fire Paula Abdul from the X Factor USA panel.
