Harvey has said that he has 'cleared his name' over his claims that he had a relationship with Cheryl Cole.
The former So Solid Crew star alleged that he and Cheryl had a relationship for six months following her split from husband Ashley in 2010. Cheryl strenuously denied Harvey's story and threatened legal action against him and Now, the magazine which published the story.
However, Now have come back to allege that they have seen e-mails reportedly sent between Harvey and Cheryl and they are convinced his story is true.
Clearly believing that he has been proven right, Harvey Tweeted last night (Feb 7) to say: "I said I had emails, I've shown the emails. I've cleared my name. That's all I wanted to do.#proof"
Meanwhile, Cheryl has thanked her own fans (or 'soldiers') saying: "You're killing me .. You lot are so Loyal, Strong and Smart.. #improudofmysoldiers !! I love you so much Xx"
