Kerry Katona has admitted she feels sad for her former I’m A Celebrity contestants Katie Price and Peter Andre, following their continued ‘public spat’ following their divorce.
Writing in her OK! magazine column this week the reality star compared their failed marriage to her own with ex-husband Brian McFadden, revealing she wishes there was a way for them to be amicable for their children.
She wrote, "I went to Peter Andre's new coffee shop this week and we've been texting, but Pete hasn't mentioned anything to me about Katie Price asking him to take her back at Christmas.
“I love Pete but I feel sorry for Katie because she's never been the same since they split. I don't think she's deluded but she's massively lost in life.
“I can understand her wanting to get back with Pete, it's normal for her to want her family unit back. It's extremely sad that these two people who once adored each other and brought two children into this world continue this public spat."
"Much like myself and Brian, I'd give anything to be amicable and share the responsibility of our kids, but unfortunately that is not the case. I feel sad for both Peter and Katie."
