Sarah Jessica Parker quickly replaced Demi Moore in the new movie 'Lovelace' as feminist Gloria Steinem, but when her Sex and the City co-star Chris Noth wanted to come down and wish her like, she "forbid him".

The actress has admitted that she didn't want the actor around while she shot scenes for the new movie because he would be a "terrible distraction".

In an interview with USA Today, SJP admits that she didn't want to see him on the set despite him having a role in the flick.

"I said 'Absolutely not. You must forbid him from coming'. I knew it would be a terrible distraction and he was going to make fun of me, laugh at me," she explained, adding: "But I do love him."

The pair then hooked up, but only after she finished shooting her scenes, and she said: "I was very happy to see him."

Amanda Seyfried also stars in the movie as porn star-turned-activist Linda Lovelace, while James Franco plays Hugh Hefner and Adam Brody as porn star Harry Reems.
