The case of Cheryl Cole's alleged romance with Cheryl Cole has taken its latest twist today after Harvey claimed to have e-mails from both Cheryl and her Mother regarding their relationship.
Speaking to Now, the same magazine that broke the reported story last week and whom Cheryl is said to be taking legal action against, Harvey says he has 'dozens of messages' from his time with Cheryl as well as some from her Mum, Joan.
The messages from Joan are believed to state her feelings on the relationship with her saying she is happy to see Cheryl 'moving on with her life.'
Tim Parish, a legal advisor for Now claims: "I was asked to verify the authenticity of the emails between Cheryl Cole and Michael Harvey as a proof of a relationship between the couple.
"The emails I was shown dated back to 2010 and were correspondence to and from Cheryl Cole and Michael Harvey and also between Michael Harvey and Cheryl's mother Joan Callaghan.
Adding: "The emails give details of her feelings about The X Factor, pictures she sent to Michael Harvey as well as personal conversations between the pair. I concluded that the messages were real, had not been doctored in any way and confirm he was in a romantic relationship with the sender."
Cheryl, perhaps aware of the magazine being published today (Feb 7) Tweeted last night about 'soul destroying' lies.
