Nick Cannon has declared himself to be back to perfect health following a health scare that left him hospitalised.
His wife Mariah Carey had suggested the cause of the problem was mild kidney failure, a claim that Cannon later played down, blaming overexertion.
Speaking of his latest job presenting NBC's pre-game Super Bowl coverage, he told The AP: "This is a great place to get back and debut the healthy Nick. Everybody's out here having a good time, and you know people were worried like, 'Is he going to be able to do the Super Bowl pre-show?' But I am 100 percent feeling good right now."
Of the changes he has made to his lifestyle, he revealed: "I used to be a fast-food junkie. [Carey] gets to have higher protein, which isn't fair because I love my steaks and I can't eat that anymore. Her carbs are lower so we are both on a diet, but it is different."
Asked about the possibility of fathering another child, he admitted that whilst he is keen to reproduce again, Mariah may not be so enthused.
"I would love to have more children. Now my wife on the other hand," he said. "I think the twins took a toll on her. She is like, 'I ain't doing that again.'"
Nick recently claimed that she is too big a star to accept a judging role on The X Factor USA.
