Dr Conrad Murray, who was convicted for involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, is reportedly in a jail cell just feet away from the singer’s former brother-in-law.
Janet Jackson’s ex-husband James DeBarge has been rubbing shoulders with the physician as they are both locked up at Los Angeles County Men’s Jail which has about 4,000 inmates, sources told TMZ.
DeBarge, former lead singer of band El DeBarge, was arrested for deadly weapon and drug charges and is serving time at Administrative Segregation where Murray is housed along with other famous inmates with security issues.
The pair most recently ran into each other on Monday when they were meeting with their lawyers in the visiting room.
Murray was convicted last November and is serving four years in prison for administering the drug Propofol which killed Jackson, 50, in 2009.
