When Tulisa's break-up with bandmate Fazer threatened to destroy her latest album, it was Jean-Baptiste Kouame who stepped in to help.
And boy, does he have a good track record!
Jean has worked with the likes of Cheryl Cole, Rihanna and the Black Eyed Peas and is famed for having created success stories with all of them. In fact, the music industry have often dubbed him as the man with "the golden touch".
X Factor judge Tulisa has been working on her debut solo album for some time with the help of ex-boyfriend Fazer but, when their relationship was over, so was their business partnership. Thank goodness she's managed to fix up an arrangement with Jean and finish recording the album in Los Angeles.
A source told the Sunday Mirror:
"Tulisa worked with him a couple of years ago when she was in LA working on N-Dubz's third album. They hit it off immediately and have kept in touch ever since."
Amazing stuff. We're expecting big things from Tulisa's debut solo album when it hits the shelves in May...
