Celebrity Big Brother winner Denise Welch has continued her affair with toyboy Lincoln Townley, despite telling Loose Women viewers that her marriage was fine.
According to the Mirror, Denise sneaked off to meet up with her lover twice last week, despite lovingly posing with her husband on the weekend of his 60th birthday.
She didn't just stick to happy snaps to reassure her fans, as she also took to Loose Women to defend her marriage:
“Everything’s fine at home, absolutely fine. We had a great day yesterday. It was Tim’s birthday.”
However, the Mirror has claimed that Denise went to visit Lincoln that same evening, staying with him in a five-star London hotel for two nights. And then she hopped back on a train to her home in Cheshire, where hbby Tim awaited.
One source close to the star suggests Denise is trying to fight her true feelings:
“She’s clearly a torn woman and finding it all very difficult. She loves Tim dearly and only wants the best for her children, but she can’t help her strong feelings for Lincoln. They haven’t changed during her time on Celebrity Big Brother... She is worried her marriage has taken its course, but it’s not that simple. When she’s in front of her viewers on Loose Women, talking to her fans on the street and playing up for the photographers she makes out that all is fine at home .”
Denise still refuses to comment on the story, although she was spotted out with Lincoln by fans and seemed happy enough to talk to them.
