When Heidi Klum and Seal announced the end of their marriage earlier this month it sent shockwaves through Hollywood, but those close to the model were not surprised as an insider reveals there have been cracks in the marriage for months.
The couple are said to be devastated by the end of their marriage and worked hard to try to rescue it for over a year before finally admitting defeat.
A source told Look Magazine: “They're both devastated. But regardless of how sad they are, there must be a part of them that feel relieved, because Heidi says their marriage hasn't been working for at least a year."
Since the split rumours have emerged that Seal’s erratic temper eventually ended their seven year marriage because the German model just could not cope anymore with his angry outbursts.
The insider added: “I think Seal can be difficult and has a lot of mood swings. One minute he's the most fun guy in the world, and the nest he's angry over some little thing. I'm sure Heidi's struggled with that and recently I think it's become harder to deal with.”
One of Seal’s ex-girlfriends has urged Heidi not to let Seal back into her life and accused him of not being a “nice” person.
