One Direction are so popular in the US, that they are bringing out their album a week early but, it's not come without sacrifice as Harry was forced to ditch his older woman Caroline Flack.
But the couple haven't ruled out a reunion, once the One Direction star has finished the US leg of his tour.
Last week, Harry tweeted about his split with the Xtra Factor star, as he wrote: "[It] was a mutual decision. She is one of the kindest, sweetest people I know."
But now, it has been reported that the couple actually split so that Harry could focus on his career with One Direction in the US, and they are far from over.
"Harry's relationship wouldn't have gone down at all well in the States," an insider told Now magazine. "There was a fear that it could damage their reputation before they'd even got started.
"It's sad, but Caroline knew it wouldn't last forever. They'll still be friends and haven't ruled out getting back together - she keeps saying he'd be the perfect man in ten years' time."
Harry is proving popular Stateside, with Katherine Schwarzenegger taking a particular shine, and this hasn't gone unnoticed by record bosses, who are keen to push him to the front.
