Reese Witherspoon has revealed she got a new fringe to cover a scar after she was hit by a pensioner’s car while out jogging.
In excerpts of an interview to be aired tonight on the Graham Norton Show the 'Legally Blonde'star spoke out on the road accident that left her with a cut on her head and black eye last September in Santa Monica.
“I was jogging and I got hit by a car - it's not funny at all," she said. “They said I am very hard headed because I landed right on my head and I have a scar, hence my new hairdo."
The mother-of-two never pressed charges against the 85-year-old driver but said the offender had her licence taken away because she was too old to drive.
“I don’t remember much about it but miraculously and thank God I am fine,” she said.
