Well, you can't blame a guy for trying - a homeless man is suing Eminem for a whole $9 million, after the 'Lose Yourself' rapper allegedly stole his idea.
Allhiphop.com reports that Stephen Lee Pieck, who admits on court papers that he doesn't have a home, filed the lawsuit last week.
Apparently Pieck was having dinner with none other than Christina Aguilera in September 2010 when she passed her phone over to him so he could speak to Eminem. It is alleged that Pieck told the star an idea that then became the 'Born Of Fire' Superbowl advertisement for Chrysler.
The lawsuit states: "I want the court to reward me a judgment in the amount of $9 million. I designed every aspect of the commercial and the commercial was stolen from me. In addition, I did not receive compensation in monetary terms for the work I did."
The website claims attempting to contact the two phone numbers listed on the lawsuit, but obtaining no response.
Eminem has recently been linked to a duet with Cheryl Cole.
