Having rubbished claims that she was romantically involved with MC Harvey on Twitter, Cheryl Cole has taken it up a notch by reportedly starting legal proceedings against Now Magazine who reported the story, according to the Mirror.
Upon hearing the news of her supposed romance with the former member of So Solid Crew, Cheryl tweeted:
"Was this "relationship" happening in your head @harveyofficial ?! Are you smoking something ?.."
Responding to Cheryl's claims, Harvey tweeted: "Do you actually want me to tweet some of the messages you emailed me @cherylcole pipe down and stop playing the saint in front of your fans."
Despite Cheryl's Girls Aloud bandmate, Nicola Roberts also slamming the claims made by Harvey, the MC's - real name Michael Harvey Jr- spokesperson told the Daily Star last night:
"Michael has felt that Miss Cole should not have publicly accused him or the magazine of publishing untruths, and in fact should have let this all blow over. As a result, Michael has been publicly criticised and condemned by Cheryl via Twitter, but the truth in the article remains the same.
“Michael feels he should back up these comments and allegations - but has no intention of doing so in the press or public domain.”
